This was the first Loft Room that we have built. We were very apprehensive after meeting with a few local builders because of the lack of information and details on the entire process. After our first meeting with Trevor, we were much more confident and excited about building our Loft. Trevor took the time to understand what we wanted and what our expectations were. The most significant difference between Trevor and other builders that we met with was Trevor’s ability to make suggestions on items that we had not even thought about for our home. We are very happy with the extension. Both the quality of work and design choices are as good as we expected (and we had high hopes!). Trevor, personally was excellent. From his initial visit, through the build and beyond he has always made himself personally available to us. He ensured minimal delays during the build and pushed the tradesmen he used to be available to suit our build schedule. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Trevor to anyone looking for someone to build.

TJ Roofrooms started on the agreed date. Progress was made at a good pace, and Trevor kept us informed about which parts of the build would be carried out in which order, this was a mix build with Brick & Mortar and Timber Structure. He even scheduled specific parts of the build at times to suit us. The only time work stopped (even for a day) was when the weather took over! 
The quality of the materials used during the build was excellent. Both internal and external finishing’s are of a very high quality. Several problems occurred during the build, but Trevor managed all aspects of this and ensured we were aware of any changes.

The house and garden were cleared of debris and rubble once the job was completed. We had a couple of minor issues after starting to use the extension, but in both cases Trevor remedied the problems very quickly.

This project did take 5 weeks longer than expected. However I love my new home and will use TJ Roofrooms for any project. The Building Inspector passed all works on his first site visit

Trevor was the only builder who spent time discussing the build and design options with me. He offered suggestions and asked for clarification on numerous points, ensuring I would get the design and finish I wanted and that his quote would be accurate. He was open and honest about a starting date and overall build timescales, and the build was completed within a week of the quoted date.

I met with numerous builders whom told me what I wanted could not be built. After many years of builders and engineers telling me that I could not build my dream room. I saw TJ Roofrooms advert and called Trevor Williams.
